Processing your order

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. You will receive a dispatch confirmation when your order ships.

Delivery estimates

Shipping normally takes 5–8 business days after dispatch. Please allow the processing period in addition to this shipping estimate. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier delays, customs processing, peak periods and remote destinations may affect delivery. We will communicate material delays when we become aware of them.

Available destinations, delivery options and shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment. Any free-shipping offer applies only as stated in that offer.

Tracking and delivery details

Where tracking is available, we will send the details after dispatch. Please check your delivery address before completing your order. Contact info@pawmizer.store promptly if it needs correcting; changes may not be possible after dispatch.

Delayed, missing or damaged orders

If your order is overdue, missing or arrives damaged, contact info@pawmizer.store with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and work with you toward an appropriate resolution. Shipping delays or carrier issues do not remove your rights under applicable consumer law.

International orders

If international delivery is offered at checkout, applicable duties or import taxes will be identified at checkout where collected. Additional destination-country charges may otherwise apply. Contact us before ordering if you need clarification.

60-day satisfaction guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your Pawmizer purchase, contact info@pawmizer.store within 60 days of delivery with your order number to request a return and refund. You may try the product during this period. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address before you send anything back. Please include the device and remaining items supplied with your order, including gifts, where available.

Customers pay return postage for change-of-mind or satisfaction-guarantee returns. We recommend a tracked service. We do not charge a restocking fee. Once the return has been received and checked, we will refund the amount paid for the returned items to the original payment method. Original delivery charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the refund.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Contact info@pawmizer.store with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos can help us assess it, but do not replace your legal rights. Where a product fault is confirmed, we will cover reasonable return costs and provide the remedy required by law.

Australian consumer rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. The 60-day guarantee is additional to these rights and does not limit them.

Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order. We will help where possible before dispatch. Once dispatched, the return process applies, without limiting your legal rights.
